Shipping policy

We ship Vonfer orders from Australia to customers in Australia and to the international destinations available at checkout, including the United States and the United Kingdom.

Processing

Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery estimates begin after dispatch. During launches, promotions or unusually busy periods, preparation may take a little longer. You will receive a dispatch confirmation when your order leaves us.

Delivery options

The following delivery options are available for eligible destinations shown at checkout:

  • Free Standard Shipping: estimated 12–25 business days.
  • Priority Shipping: estimated 8–15 business days, $15 AUD.

These estimates apply after dispatch and are not guarantees. The countries and regions we can serve are determined by the delivery address and active markets shown at checkout.

Tracking and delivery updates

Where tracking is available, it will be included in the dispatch email. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to update. Please check the delivery address carefully before completing your order and contact us promptly if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after dispatch.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or clearance fees imposed by the destination country. If these charges are collected at checkout, they will be shown before payment. If they are not collected at checkout, the recipient is responsible for paying them. Customs processing can extend the delivery time and is outside our control.

Delays, missing parcels and damaged deliveries

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, customs, carrier disruption and remote locations can cause delays. If tracking has not moved for 7 business days, or an order is marked delivered but cannot be found, email us so we can investigate with the carrier. If a parcel arrives damaged, keep the packaging and contact us with photographs as soon as possible.
